ROLE SUMMARY
Hiring for a Software Developer — Full Stack role that is fully remote in India. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply. The role involves working with a modern full-stack tech stack centered around Ruby on Rails and React.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the specified tech stack
- Build and integrate REST APIs
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and background jobs (Sidekiq)
- Implement frontend features with React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind
- Collaborate independently with strong problem-solving focus
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong programming fundamentals — DSA, algorithms and complexity
- Familiarity with Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java or similar
- Understanding of HTTP, APIs, SQL and relational databases
- Comfortable with Git
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Nice to have: Ruby on Rails or React project experience, deployed projects, internships, hackathons or open-source contributions
ELIGIBILITY
- B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc in CS, IT, ECE or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates can apply)
